About the Role:

START DATE: ASAP end of October/beginning of November 2016 the latest
LOCATION: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
END CLIENT: A global company engaged in the development, delivery and support of advanced defence, security and aerospace systems
SALARY: £4,788.36 per month (£3,529.54 Basic + £943.82 Overseas Allowance + £315 Domestic Allowance)
BENEFITS: Visa, leave accrued at 1.33 days for every 7 spent in KSA, Laundry & Cleaning service, rent & utility bills free accommodation, access to free recreation facilities available within company secured compound


-Must be eligible for UK SC Security Clearance and meet nationality & UK residency criteria -Accountable for the achievement of compliancy with the Operational Framework, LCM and R&O management
-Project management of complex major multi-national contracts over a significant and diverse vendor base
-Vendor interface and management with in-Kingdom and leading UK, Europe and USA industries
-Experience in lead customer interface regarding affordability, cash flow, profit and revenue
-Management of large, multifunctional, multi-business teams in very large multi-national environment in a complex, demanding and responsive support environment
-Minimum 10 years overall Project Management experience with specific experience in a Supply Chain capability role
-Management of a large and complex support project with a proven record of delivering business, project performance and customer satisfaction
-Experienced practitioner in the execution and application of the Operational Framework and LCM
-Experience of leading large, multifunction and multi disciplinary teams
-Extensive knowledge of supply chain capabilities, skill-sets and the resources required for successful deployment
-Extensive management experience in the lead role of a recognised Supply Chain capability
-Have managed a large and complex support project with a proven record of delivering business, project performance and customer satisfaction
-Excellent oral and written communication skills with customer and vendor relationship competencies
-Excellent overall Supply Chain competencies and broad Project Management knowledge. Familiarity with the LCM process recognising the marketing, design, qualification and certification processes.
-Be able to direct and lead large and complex projects with a large and diverse team addressing complex and integrated Supply Chain issues
-Able to respond positively under extreme business and customer pressure to deliver consistently
-Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership competencies and motivational attributes across all levels of the business, vendors and the customer community
