About the Role:

  • Consult on standards, guidelines and tools in all aspects of primary and secondary market research, develop and support the implementation of methods and models (incl. segmentation logic) and facilitating best-practice sharing across regions
  • Set up and execution of brand performance and communication measurement, incl. econometric modelling and qualitative and quantitative pre and post measurement of campaigns
  • Support design thinking projects and product management teams with profound research
  • Align with units (regions, innovation, solution management, brand) and drive customer centric innovation process
  • Steer the process of data gathering and evaluate agencies and vendors of external research
  • Drive the process of generating, translating, and consulting on actionable (cross-regional) insights & efficiently communicating and proactively sharing insights throughout the organisation

  • University degree in sociology, psychology, statistics, business information technology or similar
  • Comprehensive experience in market research in corporates or institutes
  • Profound knowledge in market research methodology (qualitative, quantitative) and in transforming results into actionable insights
  • Experience in stakeholder management and ability to act in different company and regional cultures; willingness to travel
  • Strong capabilities to convey methodological and modelling techniques
  • Good portion of self-confidence and persuasiveness as well as social aptitude
  • Strong communication skills
