As a Field Equipment Technician, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks, resolve issues/problems, and communicate with customers. During your time with us, you will clean, calibrate and test electronics equipment; ship and receive electronics, personal protective and other equipment; handle dangerous goods; and enter data, file and perform clerical tasks related to inventory control. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards for customer service, handling requests by phone and email that often require quick turnarounds. Working with other members of our team, you will quickly learn the shipping and receiving processes of different delivery/shipping companies. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- High School Diploma
- Work experience, certification or degree related to electronics engineering technology
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- 2 years or more warehouse experience
- Electronics repair experience
- Demonstrated customer service and communication skills
- Investigation and troubleshooting techniques
- Basic understanding of field testing equipment
- Associates Degree or equivalent in Electronics Engineering Technology
