About the Role:

  • Make E.ON one of the most attractive employers of choice in all of our relevant markets
  • Be part of the team that designs and owns E.ON's group wide Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and defines the global Employer Brand strategy
  • Develop ideas and concepts how to set up an employee ambassador concept
  • Create, develop and roll out innovative and state-of-the-art Employer Brand products, initiatives and campaigns with a convincing cost-benefit ratio
  • Develop, manage and improve group-wide products and processes for talent identification, development and placement (e.g. set up assessment / development centers)
  • Be part of launching the new global E.ON Competency model, including the roll-out of a sound communication & training concept
  • Define and shape group-wide recruiting policies, processes, sourcing channels and tools
  • Give guidance and consultancy to various units and stakeholders and share your knowledge but also ensure the implementation of standards and processes
  • Identify and analyze relevant benchmarks, best practices, studies etc. and derive ideas and actions for E.ON
  • Take over accountability for various projects

  • Relevant university degree (e.g. Business administration with HR focus, [Economic] Psychology)
  • Several years of relevant functional experience in a comparable, international environment
  • Experience in developing and implementing Employer Brand and Talent Management strategies
  • Solid practical experience and deep knowledge in developing and applying diagnostic measures (e.g. Assessment Centers, Management Audits, Psychometrics)
  • Experience in copy writing
  • Project management skills (planning, organization, implementation, calculate business cases etc.)
  • Stakeholder management skills (Cooperation, communication, networking, persuasion, negotiation)
  • Proficiency in Statistics / Econometrics (e.g. handling of panels, norm groups)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, esp. Data analytics in Excel and visualization in PowerPoint, strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Proactive thinking and developing of own ideas and proposals; creative and innovative mindset
  • Business fluency in English and German
