Provide lead role in the development and implementation of the HRCS Business Unit's corporate communications program. Provide lead role in the development, writing and production of internal and external communications products. Provide direction in the communications programs for internal and external communications. Lead communications programs for other functional areas of HRCS, as directed. Ensure that communications programs are successful. Provide guidance in Corporate Engagement initiatives, and provide lead role in the coordination and direction for the Corporate Engagement Working Team company-wide. Provide assistance for general communication support for Engagement/D&I department.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 5 years of related experience required. 7-10 years of related experience preferred.
