Our commitment to talent begins with you
UK-wide opportunities with an international placement
We think you'll find the work here challenging and interesting. You'll complete five placements, including an international placement, working with our business areas to meet their people needs and helping our managers to manage their people through placements in employee relations, reward, talent and learning and development. What's more, you will also spend time in an area outside of HR to gain a broader view of how we operate. You'll be expected to accept high levels of responsibility and grab every opportunity that comes your way. And as you progress, you'll gain a breadth of experience to help you quickly become an accomplished HR generalist while working your way towards your CIPD qualification.
Qualifications What we're looking for
We typically look for people who are passionate about helping others learn, develop and grow. You'll be the kind of person who is good at integrating different ideas and points of view and be keen to work abroad. On paper you'll need a minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR, business or psychology.
To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise you to apply well in advance. Our schemes attract great interest and we begin assessing candidates in our assessment centres in December. This means we may have to close a scheme early if all the places are filled.
