The successful Design Management candidate will support a Program Management team at an Airport field office to manage planning, design and construction activities to successfully implement the Client's cost, schedule and quality objectives.
» Conduct meetings with Owner, Stakeholders, Designers and Contractor to implement program requirements and document record of decision
» Coordination and management of multiple airport stakeholder groups
» Design & Construction coordination and document review
» Scheduling and construction sequencing
» Budget compliance tracking support
» Occasional field observation
» Familiarity with the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey criteria and standards
» Develop and expand client relationships by delivering excellent value, consistent and dependable service, and high quality work products.

- Bachelor of Architecture or Engineering is required
- 20+ yrs experience leading and directing design and build teams in the preparation and delivery of construction documents for large multi-billion dollar programs.
