Role description Reporting to the Asset and Industry Service Manager you will manage an industry team that is focused on identification and prevention of issues impacting Billing and Settlement values which impact on and Revenue Leakage.
The team you lead will comprise of operational and analytical staff and will be tasked to deliver and enhance npowers settlements and billings position. In this role you will be responsible for delivery c. £10m of revenue leakage mitigation per year.
Manage an industry team that is focused upon identification and prevention of issues impacting Electricity Billing and Settlement values which impact on Revenue Leakage. This will ensure issues are identified and the root cause solutions are embedded into the organisation
Manage and deliver a year round mitigation process. Accountable for identifying trends, mitigating risks and maximising opportunity investigating mismatches and consumption exceptions in a structured and prioritised approach, resolving data mismatches and consumption exceptions in order to realise clearly defined financial business benefits to npower.
Identify and improve processes which are having an adverse effect on revenue leakage and settlements
Skills and experience Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate those around to achieve excellent standard performance.
Experience of managing operational teams in a target driven environment
