Jacobs Technology is looking for a Quality Control Manager.
The QCM shall have full authority and responsibility for assuring performance objectives and standards identified by the customer, including but not limited to: 1) The establishment and maintenance of a complete Quality Management System (QMS) that provides an effective and efficient means of identifying and correcting problems throughout the entire scope of operations;
2) Development of a Quality Control Plan (QCP) that describes the QMS methodology approaches to be used;
3) Establish and maintain an inspection system in accordance with the FAR Clause 52.246-4; and
4) Maintain and generate reports and files as required. Plans, directs, and participates in the Quality Program activities to support the customer contract.
This position reports to the Program Manager. The candidate must possess a proven track record of delivering high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
BS degree from an accredited school in Industrial Engineering or related, and eleven (11) years related experience, or a MS degree and nine (9) years related experience or a Ph.D. degree and five (5) years related experience.
Required demonstrated leadership skills as evidenced by prior supervisory experience. Secret clearance required - TS/SCI preferred.
Industry recognized certification in Quality Management; +10 years experience in overseeing a Quality Management System; hands-on experience in the following areas: Process Control; Quality Control Plan Development; Quality Inspection System; Quality Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting; and Compliance with FAR Clause 52.246-4, Inspection of Services - Fixed Price. Maximo experience required. Candidates with working experience in Facility Support Services and Maintenance; Asset Management, and demonstrated knowledge of Maintenance Reliability practices will be given preference. Certification as a Reliability Maintenance Professional (CMRP) is a plus.
Limited access complex, mostly office facilities and industrial plants.
Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods. Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of employees and customers.

With the exception of approved leave and holidays, attendance is mandatory. Attendance is critical at all times to ensure response to customer requirements (100%). Overtime may be required. This position is expected to be on-site during all regular business hours as aligned with customer requirements. Position or alternate shall be available on-site within one hour of customer's request.

Must take and pass a drug test and background check. Must have/maintain appropriate security clearance and pass Level I Security and Escort Training. Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others. Must be well-organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
