Successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Has comprehensive understanding of principles, theories, concepts, and industry practices and standards and their application.
Responsible for performing all aspects of engineering and design.
Works under minimal supervision, work is reviewed for adequacy on completion.
May provide some technical guidance to less experienced design and engineering personnel.
Experience and training:
- Candidate must have a BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited College or University
- EIT certificate at a minimum, PE registration highly desirable
- Knowledge of Process/Piping Design required
- Fire Protection design a plus
