Jacobs is seeking a Critical Infrastructure Maintenance Manager- Level 5 with an active TS/SCI CI Poly in Colorado Springs, CO.
The Critical Infrastructure Maintenance Manager manages development, coordination and conduct of technical reliability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts and design of experiments constructs. Directs the design or test methods and statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of product reliability. Responsible for coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards. Manages the analyses and development of reliability engineering programs to achieve company, customer and governmental agency reliability objectives.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of facilities maintenance experience
- Minimum of five (5) consecutive years of supervisory experience in the field of facilities operations and/or maintenance
- Experience in prioritizing daily/weekly/monthly work plans
- Demonstrated experience incorporating applicable EHS practices across responsible work areas
- Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining power generation, chilled water, and large scale facilities equipment
- Demonstrated experience with 24/7 critical operations support
- Active TS SCI w/CI Poly
- Current CMRP Certification
- Experience in providing and maintaining resilient and redundant power and cooling for multiple 24/7/365 facilities
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree; or 9 years of professional experience with a related PhD or JD.
Work is accomplished in offices, control rooms, shops, and in and around multiple Government facilities and buildings. As necessary, must be able to travel to other work areas, be aware of safety requirements for those areas, and work within those constraints (e.g. access procedures and proper PPE). Walking on uneven terrain including paved areas, gravel/rocks, and dirt/sand is required to access various locations on the facility. All work must be completed in a safe manner in accordance with Company safety standards.
Position involves extended periods of sitting or standing. Physical requirements are: sitting, walking, standing, use of stairs, and access to remote structures. Typically required to lift and hold up to 30 pounds. Position is located on a Government facility; must be able to quickly evacuate buildings in the event of an emergency.
Equipment and Machines:
Computer work required. Use of calculator, printer, fax, scanner, telephone, filing cabinets, and other standard office equipment is required.
