About the Role:

We currently have an opening for a high-caliber Sales Manager with well-developed communication skills and the drive needed to meet customer requirements. Drawing on your specialist expertise, you will also act as a key point of contact for other departments within the company. As Sales Manager, you will work with an extensive range of traction and auxiliary converters. Do you have a proven track record of seeing negotiations through to their successful conclusion? If so, this is your opportunity to make your mark.

- Manage budget and sales targets for order intake in defined markets
- Deal with technical and commercial aspects of sales projects in collaboration with company experts
- Attend to existing customers and support strategic sales manager for key accounts
- Oversee kick-off process and professional hand-over of key account projects
- Conduct and support risk assessments, in addition to negotiating with major customers
- Assist with marketing and communication for assigned markets and customers

- Solid degree from a university or university of applied sciences
- Customer-driven approach to sales
- Highly approachable sales professional with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of rail market
- Good understanding of power electronics and/or drive technology for rail vehicles would be a bonus
- Solid command of German and English, together with the ability to understand Swiss German - additional language skills considered advantageous
