Fuels & Lubricants Customer Service (F&LCS) focuses on customer service management and commercial operations support with a geographical focus on Europe, Middle East and Africa (EAME zone). F&L CS is designed to serve all retail and wholesale, fuel & asphalt, aviation and marine customers in the zone consistent with the Corporation's standards of offering high levels of customer service.
Customer Master Team & Contracts Teams The Customer Master Team is a pan-European team responsible for the customer data maintenance for all European countries we support including Restricted Party screening to test the profile of the business run by the future customer. Act as a helpdesk for Sales Representatives and other departments investigating, recording and solving customer structure queries & other system irregularities. Contracts teams handle contracts of landlords, petrol station owners, and motorway companies for lease payments, car wash, and shop rental at the petrol station. The role includes setting up new contracts and modifying existing contracts based on documentation received from in-country sales team. The teams are responsible for generating financial transactions based on clients' agreements.
Delivery Support Team & Logistic Planning and Dispatching Teams The key focus of the team is to be the main interface with Fuels & Lubricants Retail and Wholesale customers with regards to order taking and queries linked to fuel deliveries across all European affiliates. The main responsibility of the team Planning and Dispatching teams is to plan fuel delivering to the petrol stations, manage transport, scheduling and dispatching, forecast demand against truck capacity in close cooperation with hauler companies and terminals.
Supply Management System Support The SMS Support Specialist acts as an interface between pick-up customers (self-served clients) and the terminals (where customers pick up the products). Team members assist customers to manage their contracted volumes and drivers whenever a loading or any supply related issues occur at the terminal. The team also forecasts customer demand planning of terminal in cooperation with supply team in Brussels.
Fuels Cash Application & Accounts Receivables teams Fuels Cash Application is a pan-European team dealing with the processing of bank transfers and other payments received from European customers. Team members are responsible for a portfolio of several countries, where they try to ensure cash is received and receipts are allocated to certain customer accounts. Accounts Receivables Teams act as first point of contact for retail and/or wholesale and specialties customers (dealers or companies). Each Accounts Receivables Dedicated Customer Professional handles incoming and outgoing phone calls. Besides, they all have a portfolio of customer accounts within a specific country/region that they have full responsibility for including account monitoring and query handling linked to fuel invoices.
End Consumer and Customer Care Team The team handles incoming calls, emails or faxes received from end consumers, including management of requests linked to customers fueling at service stations. In addition, customer care assistants follow end-to-end process complaints about products or services at Esso service stations.
Requirements of Candidate
