About the Role:

RWE npower require a Channel Development Manager to join the Commercial & Marketing function. This is a full time role to be based in our Solihull office.

Role description and what were looking for We are looking for an experienced Channel Development manager who will own the performance and improvement of specific channel or customer journeys in various areas including; Home movers, Customer Servicing and Tariff Check. You will be instrumental in driving a broad set of programmes on time and in budget that will improve how we interact with our customers through various channels including Voice and Digital. You will work closely with all customer channels and key retention processes to improve our cross sales and customer retention across the domestic business.

You will need to demonstrate / be: Translate MI, analysis and insight into channel improvement plans

Drive a broad set of programmes across multiple channels to meet our commercial targets

Take lead of our retention strategy across all channels making it easier for customers to stay

Lead the post implementation analysis and review to turn from test stage into BAU for our customer strategies

Ability to asses channel performance and risk to delivery of our business plan

Lead the delivery of channel improvement to a clearly prioritised plan and within budget.

Develop best practice and synergies across the different market facing teams

A track record in delivering improvement initiatives

Knowledge and Skills: Management of multi-channel commercial targets

Strong stakeholder management

Ability to analyse and interpret complex data

Understanding of commercial drivers

Customer focused

Understanding of operational drivers behind optimising the value of our existing customer base

Strong project management skills
