UC4 / Automic Development team is responsible for PG&E enterprise workflow automation development and maintenance. The organization interfaces with numerous other PG&E business teams.
Develop UC4 / Automic solutions according to client requirements. Apply enterprise standards and procedures to all development effort. Innovate new standardized development solutions for continuous improvement.
Train and teach clients on UC4 development procedures and best practices as needed. Assist clients in all aspects of navigating the process to develop and maintain UC4 / Automic workflow automation solutions. Visit San Ramon when needed to meet with clients in person for partnership and collaboration.
• Minimum of B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, information technology, business administration, engineering, or other relevant field required
• 5-8 years of experience in programming/systems analysis, project management, and/or IT strategy planning or other related area required

3.Ability to create operational and usage documentation: develop, publish, and enforce procedures. Good communication skills. Desire to teach and train clients in processes and best practices for UC4 development. 4.Ability to create long term solutions that fit with stated corporate goals and strategies.
5.Basic understanding and proficiency with server type operating system commands and file systems such as Windows, SAP, and Unix. Understating of Object Oriented systems and their implementations.
7.Basic SQL understanding and coding. 8.Experience with AE/UC4 or other multi-platform automation tools.
9.Proficiency with Windows tools such as the MSOffice suite.
10. Understanding of Change Control/Management, i.e.: versioning, source control, promotion, recovery, concurrent development, approval, etc.
