About the Role:

Position Description
We are seeking a Management and Professional Trainer to work with the Leadership Division, under the Management & Professional Development Department. The candidate will be responsible for delivering a wide range of leadership and professional development workshops from a standardized curriculum (i.e. Covey, Achieve Global, Kouzes & Posner). The candidate will inspire participants to transfer new knowledge and skills back into the workplace by incorporating the learnings into their everyday life. The candidate must have demonstrated leadership experience. The foundation of this position is leaders teaching leaders. The candidate will successfully complete a rigorous certification process of all courses prior to delivery.

Minimum Requirements
As the successful candidate you should hold a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field in the area of Social Sciences or Human Resource Management.

Must have experience in adult learning principles.

Minimum of ten years' experience, including 5 years in leadership, and 5 years in platform delivery.

Clear demonstration of strong verbal and written communication skills and energetic delivery ability.

Exposure to international, diverse business cultures.

Duties and Responsibilities
You will be expected to be able to perform the following:

Facilitation: Plans, prepares and delivers classes of between two and five days from a standard curriculum according to the practitioner guide. Assigns business application exercises at the end of class. Effective use of training materials including audio, video and other media as required.

Certification: Successful in passing rigorous certification process in order to deliver multiple classes from the curriculum. Is well prepared to deliver classes effectively and consistently according to practitioner guide.

Quality: Achieves at a minimum the Leadership Center target for level 1 and 2 evaluations of classes based on participant feedback. Responds constructively to feedback from supervisor, participants and colleagues and operates with a mindset of continuous improvement. Maintains ongoing close communication with other trainers and supervisors in the interest of quality delivery.

Sharing expertise: Coaches participants as needed within session on class content and principles. Uses experience and stories to illustrate concepts. Supports colleagues, trains and provides guidance and support to less experienced/novice trainers on content and quality of classes under the curriculum.

Continued self-development: Continually gains up-to-date knowledge on leadership and professional development skills. Attends update events as required for existing and future curriculum.

Competencies and values: acts in accordance with the Aramco competencies and values and meets expectations on the 'how' as well as the 'what'.

Cultural sensitivity: Understands the needs of and is sensitive to the culture of the participants.

Compliance and standards: Attends and contributes effectively in team meetings. Attendance during agreed daily working hours. Delivers classes according to the agreed upon schedule. Records and manages attendance and attention of participants according to the requirements of the leadership center. Communicates with internal customer and program quality teams as required to maintain and uphold standards. Maintains a safe and healthy training environment.
