Our client is currently looking for a Technical Support assistant for an exciting opportunity based in East London.
This role is temporary initially but could lead on to a permanent role for the right candidate.
Your role will be to be an integral part within a world-wide facilities management company assisting with the maintenance and improvement of systems and technical interfaces.
Development of Facilities Management tools, preparing management reports.
Monitoring Health & Safety incidents and arranging permit to work systems.
It is essential that candidates must have high level of understanding of Excel and be an expert in the following areas.
Graph generation from multiple sources
Proficient user of Excel
NEBOSH certificate and be Health & Safety aware.
Candidates with Facilities Management experience would be desirable although this is not a pre-requisite.
This role does have the flexibility to work part time or work from home with weekly visits to the offices in London.
